Central Government introduce a Scheme namely Companies Fresh Start Scheme, 2020 (CFSS-2020) condoning the delay in filing the specified documents with the Registrar and granting of immunity from launching of prosecution or proceedings for imposing penalty on account of delay associated with certain filings. The siad scheme is launched vide General Circular No. 12/2020 dated 30/03/2020. This is an another welcoming step by the Hon. Government for regularizing compliance under Ministry of Corporate Affairs ( MCA)

1) Any Defaulting Company is permitted to file belated documents which were due for filling on any given date.
2) Immunity from prosecution and penalty for delay in filling of belated documents.
